What this booking is
This is the booking most clients start with, and it is the easiest one to get right. Four hours covers an aperitif, a full dinner, and a drink afterwards without anybody watching the clock.
Tell us the restaurant and we will match you with someone who fits the room. A counter seat in Tokyo and a benefit dinner on the Upper East Side ask for different things from a companion, and the difference is mostly in how much of the evening they are expected to carry.
If the table includes colleagues or clients, say so at the booking stage. Your companion will arrive knowing names, roles, and which subjects to leave alone.
