For companions
Work you can set your own terms for
We take a small number of new companions each year, in ten cities, and the process is deliberately slow.
You will find the protections before the flattery on this page, because that is the order you should be reading in. If another agency puts earnings first and safety in a footer, you have learned something useful about them.

What you get
Six things that are yours, not ours to grant
You set your rates
Not us, and not a house rate card. You tell us what your time is worth, we publish it, and you can change it whenever you like. We take a booking fee and you will know the figure before you accept anything.
You choose every booking
Each request comes to you with the city, the occasion, the venue and what we know about the client. You accept or decline it. No reason required, no consequence, no quiet penalty in how often we send you work.
You can end a booking
At any point, if you feel unsafe or if the evening turns out to be something other than what was agreed. No refund is due from you. That is written into our terms rather than promised informally, because a promise is not enforceable.
Your consent is withdrawable
Your name and photographs are published only with written consent, and withdrawing it takes one email. The profile comes down the same day. It is a flag in the system, not a favour we do you.
Clients never get your details
Not your phone number, not your address, not your legal name where it differs from your working name. Bookings are arranged through the concierge desk, which is the point of having one.
Somebody knows where you are
The desk holds the venue and the timings, and you check in during longer bookings. Requests without a named host and a confirmed address are declined before they ever reach you.
Read them yourself rather than taking our word for it. Section six of the terms of service sets out the protections that apply to companions, and states that no client agreement can override them.
The process
Five steps, and you can stop at any of them
01
You apply
The form below. It takes about ten minutes and the part that matters is the last long answer, not your measurements, which we do not ask for.
02
We read it and reply
Every application gets an answer, including the ones we decline. Up to five working days. A decline is not a judgement on you, it is usually that we already have enough people in that city.
03
A short call
Fifteen minutes, so we can both work out whether this is worth either of our time before anyone travels anywhere.
04
We meet, in person
In your city, somewhere public. We check photo identity, confirm you are over 18, and go through what publication involves. You can ask anything, and you can walk away at that point with nothing recorded.
05
You decide, then we publish
Your written consent, your rates, your working days, your photographs. Taken after we have met, never before, and never by you sending pictures to a stranger on the internet.
What we look for
Curiosity, mostly
The companions who do well here are the ones who are genuinely interested in what other people do for a living. That is close to the whole skill. An evening works when somebody asks the second question, not when they look expensive.
Beyond that: you can read a dress code, you turn up when you said you would, and you are comfortable being the person at the table nobody has met before. Languages help. Having worked front of house, in a gallery, in sales or in teaching helps more than you would think, because all four are practice at making a stranger comfortable.
We are not looking for a particular height, age or dress size, and we do not ask for any of them on the form. Our register runs from the mid twenties to the late thirties and it would be broader if more people applied.
Before you apply
What people ask us first
Do I need experience?
No. Roughly half the people we take have none. What matters is whether you can hold a conversation at a table of strangers for three hours and enjoy some of it. People who have worked front of house, in galleries, in sales, or in teaching tend to find this easy.
What do you not ask for?
Measurements, weight, or photographs at application stage. Please do not send pictures with your application; we collect those after we have met you, and an agency asking an unverified stranger for photographs is a bad sign about that agency.
What does the work actually involve?
Dinners, galas, corporate evenings, weddings, and travel. You arrive briefed on the guest list and the dress code, you are good company for the hours booked, and you leave at the agreed time. Rates cover your time and your social company only. Nothing else is offered on your behalf, ever.
How much of the fee do I keep?
Most of it. We take a booking fee and you will know the exact figure in writing before you accept your first request. If any agency will not tell you that number up front, that is the answer to a different question.
Can I work under a different name?
Yes, and most people do. We need your legal name for the identity check, but it is never published and never given to a client.
What if I want to leave?
Email us and your profile comes down. No notice period, no exit conversation, no clause that keeps your photographs on the site for another six months. Bookings you have already accepted are yours to honour or to hand back.

Tell us about yourself
If something is wrong
If you are being pressured into applying, or somebody else is submitting an application in your name, write to hello@naughtyescort.com and say so. We will not contact anyone else about it and we will not progress the application. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
