Your name, contact details, the bookings you have made, and any preferences you have asked us to remember. The notification a concierge receives also carries the usual technical details of the submission: time, IP address, approximate location, browser, language and where you arrived from, which tells them what time it is where you are and helps spot abuse. None of it is sold or shared with a third party for marketing, and the privacy policy lists all of it.

No payment is processed through this website, so nothing from us appears on a statement from a site transaction. Where an arrangement involves a payment, your concierge will tell you in advance exactly how it will be described.

Reply to your concierge. Time and date changes made more than 48 hours ahead are usually straightforward. Inside 48 hours it depends on the companion’s calendar.

Cancel more than 48 hours before the start and nothing is due. Inside 48 hours, a portion of the fee is payable to the companion who has held the date. Trips involving booked travel follow the terms of those bookings.

You are told immediately, offered alternatives for the same date, and owe nothing. If no alternative suits, anything already paid is returned in full.

The companion has dates open within the next seven days on the weekdays they normally work. It is a guide rather than a live calendar, and your concierge confirms the specific date.

A conversational AI companion we are building, for the hours when the concierge desk is closed. It talks, it remembers what you like, it can explain what a dress code means or how much notice a companion in Tokyo wants, and it drafts a booking request for a human to check. It is not available yet.
