These terms govern your use of this website and any booking arranged through NaughtyEscort International. By making a booking you accept them.

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use this website or make a booking.

A booking secures a companion’s time and social company for an agreed number of hours. That is the entirety of what is booked and the entirety of what a rate covers.

No sexual service is included, offered, or implied by any booking, rate, or communication from this agency. A request that implies otherwise is declined, and the decline is final.

You are responsible for complying with the law where the booking takes place. Where a request would not be lawful in that jurisdiction, we decline it.

We are an introduction and coordination service. Companions on our register are self-employed adults, not our employees or agents. They set their own rates, choose their own working days, and decide which bookings to accept.

We verify identity, record consent, brief the companion, and coordinate the arrangements. We are not a party to the social engagement itself and we do not direct how a companion conducts it.

• Submitting a request through this website does not create a booking. It starts a conversation with a concierge.
• A booking exists once a concierge has confirmed the companion, the date, the times, and the total in writing, and you have agreed to it.
• The confirmed total is the total. Travel, accommodation, and tickets are itemised before you commit, and nothing is added afterwards.
• First bookings are verified with a short call and a confirmed contact detail.
• No payment is taken through this website. Your concierge confirms the method when the booking is confirmed.

More than 48 hours before the start

You may cancel at no cost. Changes to the date or time are usually straightforward, subject to the companion’s calendar.

Within 48 hours of the start

A portion of the fee is payable to the companion who has held the date. Your concierge will tell you the figure at the time of confirmation, not afterwards.

Bookings involving booked travel

Flights, accommodation, and event tickets follow the cancellation terms of those bookings, which we cannot override.

If a companion cancels

You are told immediately, offered alternatives for the same date, and owe nothing. If no alternative suits, anything already paid is returned in full.

No-show

If you do not arrive within one hour of the agreed start and cannot be reached, the booking is treated as cancelled within 48 hours.

These are terms, not courtesies. They are not negotiable and no client agreement can override them.

• A companion may decline any request without giving a reason.
• A companion may end a booking at any point if they feel unsafe, or if the booking turns out to be something other than what was agreed. No refund is due for a booking ended on those grounds.
• A companion’s contact details, address, and legal name are never given to a client.
• Photographs and names are published only with written consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
• Requests without a named host and a confirmed address are declined before a companion sees them.
• A companion is never told which other companions a client has booked.

• Treat your companion as you would any guest you invited.
• Give accurate information about the venue, the occasion, and who will be present. A briefing built on a false premise puts your companion in a position they did not agree to.
• Do not photograph or record your companion without their explicit agreement, and do not post about a booking in a way that identifies them.
• Do not attempt to contact a companion outside the arrangements we make, or to arrange a further booking directly in order to bypass the agency.
• Do not ask a companion for anything outside the scope of this agreement. The request itself ends the booking.

We may decline future bookings from anyone who breaches these terms, and we do so without a discussion.

• Anything implying a sexual service.
• Any event without a named host and a confirmed address.
• Any booking involving a person who has not personally consented to be booked.
• Anything we judge unsafe for a companion.
• Anything that would be unlawful in the city where it would take place.

Declines are final. We will tell you plainly rather than leaving a request unanswered, and we will not negotiate the decision.

Content on this website, including text, photographs, and design, belongs to us or to the companions who consented to its use. Do not copy, scrape, republish, or use it to train a model without written permission.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, submit automated requests to its forms, or interfere with its operation.

We arrange introductions and coordinate bookings with reasonable care. We are not liable for the conduct of a companion or a client during a booking, for the acts of third parties such as venues, airlines, or hotels, or for losses arising from information you gave us that turned out to be inaccurate.

Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the value of the booking concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Write to hello@naughtyescort.com with your booking reference. A senior member of the team responds within five working days. If your complaint concerns the safety or conduct of anyone involved in a booking, it is escalated immediately rather than queued.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any right you have to bring a claim in the country where you live, where local law gives you that right.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a booking is the version published when the booking was confirmed.
