Discretion is the most common word in this industry and the least informative. Anybody can write it. What separates one agency from another is a list of specific things they do and do not do, and whether they will tell you what those are before you book.
Questions worth asking any agency
- What information do you hold about me after a booking, and for how long?
- Who inside the agency can see it?
- What does my companion receive about me, exactly?
- What appears on a statement if a payment is involved?
- How do I have my record deleted, and how long does that take?
An agency that answers these plainly is telling you something useful. An agency that responds with reassurance rather than specifics is telling you something too.
Our answers
We hold your name, the contact details you gave us, your booking history, any preferences you asked us to remember, and the technical details of the submission: time, IP address, browser, language, and where you arrived from. It is visible to the concierge team and nobody else. It is never sold, and it is never shared with a third party for marketing.
Your companion receives the first name you give us, the occasion, the venue, and whatever briefing you asked us to pass on. They do not receive your address, your employer, or your contact details unless you ask us to share them.
No payment is processed through this website. Where an arrangement involves a payment, your concierge tells you in advance exactly how it will appear.
Deletion takes one email and up to thirty days, and you do not have to explain why.
Discretion runs in both directions
The same protections apply to the people on our register. Companions are not told who else a client has booked. Their contact details are not passed to clients. Their photographs are published only with written consent, which they can withdraw.
An agency that is careless with a companion’s privacy will eventually be careless with yours. The two are the same discipline.
